I love Allie's Figure & Day Spa. It was so nice to be back its been way to long. Allie's has the best gym in Houma and she gives one on one assistance, its a great place for women.

I have been in a few times with my wife, she loves it at Allie's. The atmosphere seems very comfortable for people to relax and unwind.

The owner herself is very involved with every member that goes to Allies Day spa. She is encoring and motivating to everyone and that is one of the reasons why I love going there.

I immediately walked in and felt at home! Allie's Day Spa has a great atmosphere and provides a great service to me. I am very pleased with their staff and facility.

I have been going to Allie's gym for about 10 years now. I love that the gym is only women! It has equipment that is always in working condition and the newest equipment available.

The staff here is extremely helpful and I really like the way the health club and spa are set up. The women in the gym are kept separate from the spa. I definitely plan on renewing my membership, it's a great place.
