As a small business that is family-owned by Charlie Genin and his real estate developer business partner, they specialize in new residential and commercial construction, custom homes, and renovations. Together, the team brings more than 20+ of experience to the table.

The Gen Group was started out of a necessity to meet the growing demand for an increased level of customer satisfaction in our surrounding communities. Our mission is not to just ‘go with the flow’, but instead to challenge the industry standards of quality, design and customer service in an effort to provide a superior product to our consumer(s).

We believe in our communities and work with local tradesman in an effort to support jobs and economic growth close to home.
