We are a homegrown, boutique litigation practice, located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Justin Brashear was born and raised in Southwest Louisiana and is proud to call this special place home. Brashear Law is focused on keeping the Lake Area safe and protecting our citizens from big truck drivers and negligent motorists, as well as fighting insurance companies who do not uphold their end of the bargain when damage occurs to our client’s homes as a result of a hurricane or other natural disaster.
