Ego's Gentlemen Spa

The idea for business came upon an observation while having a pedicure at a local shop. On occasion, I would see a male come in to have a pedicure or a manicure and they appeared to be somewhat ill at ease in an all female setting. When questioning the technician, she stated that her male clients always requested Tuesday or Wednesday early morning hours when business was slowest. That triggered the thought that men needed a place where they could come anytime and could feel relaxed and comfortable in that setting. An all inclusive day spa would provide that setting and would allow the client to have an option of a variety of services without having to go to several different places for each service. Ego's is the only day spa in Louisiana that offers hair cuts, ear candle therapy, manicures, pedicures, acupuncture detoxification therapy and massage therapy under one roof. We focus on using alternative treatments and herbal infused services to promote relaxation, healing and balance.
