Carol Richard - REALTOR, GRI | Engel & Völkers Slidell

Carol Richard is a New Orleans native who has lived in St. Tammany Parish for thirty-five years. She is a proud mother of four adult children who have blessed her with eight grandbabies.
Carol is an experienced and dedicated real estate advisor who specializes in residential marketing, first time home buying and waterfront property. Carol is passionate about working with buyers and sellers and walking them through every step of the home buying or selling process. She especially enjoys the honor of helping the children of her past clients through the first time home buying process. Carol is also personally familiar with the home building process as she and her husband, Dennis, built a new home after Hurricane Katrina destroyed their home on the bayou.
Carol attended LSUNO and studied Real Estate at Delgado Community College. She carries the GRI designation as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. She is a licensed Louisiana REALTOR, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a representative of the elite Engel & Völkers Realty Group in Slidell.
Carol has been referred to as the epitome of southern hospitality. In her leisure time she enjoys canoeing through the tranquil Honey Island Swamp and enjoying the beauty of nature at her home in Indian Village.
