I visited the UPS store around the closing time @ 6:40 pm. Despite the late hour, the staff member graciously assisted me in dropping off my package. He patiently helped me and maintaining a humble and helpful demeanor. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. It was a great experience, and I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff member. THANK YOU.
