Great customer service by Bella Kyra on 7/14/2024
I visited the UPS store around the closing time @ 6:40 pm. Despite the late hour, the staff member graciously assisted me in dropping off my package. He patiently helped me and maintaining a humble and helpful demeanor. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. It was a great experience, and I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff member. THANK YOU.

UPS Burlington provided great customer service! They helped with my email and finding my package and being able to print out the return slip. They were really helpful and appreciated their patience with me.
