Claudia Borges, FNP

Claudia S. Borges is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the Primary Care practice of Dr. Debbie-Ann Tan at Prima CARE. Ms. Borges has extensive training and experience in various aspects healthcare as a Pharmacy Technician, Registered Nurse, and as a Nurse Practitioner.

She completed her nursing training at New England Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science Degree in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner). She is a member of the American Nurses Association.

Ms. Borges sees patients on the main Prima CARE campus in the office of Dr. Debbie-Ann Tan. She is dedicated to the well-being of her patients with a focus on preventive medicine and the management of both chronic conditions and acute illness. Ms. Borges is fluent is Portuguese.
