Every time I speak to customer service for COBRA questions, they take the time to really look into my situation. They are like dealing with a local merchant not a what I have come to expect from the insurance industry.

Especially when I had to begin Cobra, I received help and a great deal of compassion from the ABG women I spoke with. Every time, they were professional and kind. They answered my questions calmed my worries. A great group!

I needed new flex spending cards. I emailed our client rep and got a near immediate response that the cards were on ordered -I was not required to log into a web based system. Its nice that AMBEN still believes in giving personal service.

Each time I've contacted ABG, I have received excellent support in a timely and courteous fashion. Recently I have been working with Lindsay who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.
