Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123 bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and is now home to Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit and Oriol Therapy Services. Established in 1964 as Holden Nursing Home, our facility has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations.

Within our new building there are three distinct neighborhoods; short stay, long term and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards and dining areas with country kitchens. The Town Square is home to our Hair Salon, Consultation Office, and Coffee Shop.
