Your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot peppers, mustard, mayonnaise, low fat mayo (not on salad sandwiches), ketchup, honey or dijon mustard, BBQ sauce, russian or italian dressing. Choices of dressings: ranch, Greek, French, thousand island, creamy parmesan and peppercorn, Italian, lite oil and vinaigrette, lite Italian, ff raspberry vinaigrette. Buffalo Chicken, Santa Fe Turkey, Black Forest Ham, Lemon/Garlic Roast Beef, and your choice of Cheese. Side of Horseradish Sauce and Blue Cheese Dressing. All deli trays are based on ? lb portions of meat per person plus cheese. Choice of Cheese - White American, Provolone, Cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, Muenster and Pepper Jack. Bread, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, plates and napkins add 1.00 per person Choice of Bread: Sub, Bulkie, Wheat, Wraps, Ryes, Onion Roll, White. I've been to Brad's several times and it's always good. They do a great business, and the prep is fast...very little waiting. I would definitely recommend trying Brads!
