We charge hourly rates for service jobs, and provide -by the job- flat rate proposals for residential water heater and boiler installations, remodeling projects and commercial jobs. Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, check, or cash payment for plumbing and heating services rendered. Credit card payments can be taken in person or over the phone upon completion of the job or service. We understand that in some cases landlords may live or work outside of the greater Boston area or even out of state and may have property and tenants in the city that need immediate assistance. By taking payments over the phone or by invoice we allow our customers the flexibility to address the plumbing issue around there busy schedules. Larger projects requiring several days or weeks worth of work will require an upfront deposit for work to begin. Deposits must be made by check or credit card. We do not accept cash deposits. In some cases a deposit at the midpoint of the project may be required.
Free Plumbing and Heating Quote/Proposals

We provide free quotes for our customers with projects ranging from $0 and up. Our proposals are very detailed with information on services being performed, materials needed for installations and repairs, rebates and other relevant data forms and downloadable material useful to the project. Proposals are generated by computer, and delivered via email to customers using an email address provided by the customer. A typical proposal/quote email may contain the quote itself in PDF format, PDF application forms for available rebates and programs, JPG image files of examples of previous work etcetera.
