Step Ahead Physical Therapy

Step Ahead Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice specializing in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine injuries. We provide 1-on-1 individualized treatment with a focus manual therapy, modalities and exercises. We are a healing center where we work individually with you to reduce your pain and help you return to your normal level of active living as quickly as possible. We believe that sufficient time is needed to customize your treatments, deliver them, and ensure their effectiveness. We treat a variety of injuries and conditions to include: Neck and Back Pain relief, sports related injuries, post-surgical conditions, work related injuries and general conditioning and fitness.
