My elderly mom had AC trouble and I called Needham Mechanical, they came out quickly, fixed the problem on the first trip at a very fair price I thought.

They came, did little more than cycle the power and declared the problem fixed. It wasn't. They wouldn't come back. Cost - several hundred dollars. Result - no heat in the middle of winter. Stay away.
