steveworks is a family-owned, residential remodeling contractor based in Newton, Massachusetts, and serving the surrounding areas, including Greater Boston and Cambridge. We specialize in sustainable, green construction remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We also build add-ons such as decks, porches, mudrooms, built-ins and more. For those looking to downsize or move a family member close, we build accessory dwelling units, known as ADUs. We follow universal design principles and strive to reduce a home’s carbon footprint and improve air quality through home building envelopes, insulation and air sealing, installing heat pumps, and other eco-friendly construction methods.
