I spent fifteen minutes on hold with the store, and then on a returned call, found that the line was busy. I called because I had been waiting for over an hour for pizza delivery.

Delivery is over an hour late, and no one is answering the phone. And this isn't the first time - normally, I like Papa John's, but the one in Somerville just lost my patronage.

Takes 2+ hours to deliver a pizza. I'm sticking with Dial-a-Pizza who taste just as good and have always delivered between 30 to 45 minutes.
