Unprofessional, insensitive, rude, rushing, expensive. Also screwed up the death notice and the piped-in music as well. Maybe it has to do with who is handling your loved one's funeral. Hope you don't get the man we had.

I have been to Southwick Forastiere for quite a few funerals. The staff is very understanding and sensitive in what is a very hard situation for most people.

I have only attended one funeral at this particular Forastiere home but it was done in very good taste and with efficiency. Also-the facility is modernized and lovely. This certainly makes an inevitably bad day a little better.
