Not honest/ job incomplete by Fabina V. on 5/30/2020

MR Chavez charged us 1.800
But we notice he used a short cute in terms of finishing his job soon!
He was supposed to install landscape fabric under the mulch but he only put in a few spots! But of course weeds started to growing a week after he " completed " the job.
He also was supposed to came back to bring more mulch because he didn't bring enough. We called him so many times
