I offer free visual mold and wood destroying insect inspections with every inspection performed. I will also check your septic tank (if cover is exposed) to determine if the tank needs to be pumped. I will work around your schedule to ensure you can be there with me through the entire inspection. You will know the house better in our 2.5 hour inspection then if you lived there for a year without an inspection.
