The Law Offices of David M. Baker, P.C. is a law firm located north of Boston focused on assisting clients in Massachusetts state and federal courts in the practice areas of criminal defense, personal and business litigation, and estate planning and probate. With a total of almost 10 years as both an assistant district attorney and in private practice, I use my background as a litigator to personally represent and counsel my clients in district and superior court criminal cases as well as in personal and business matters including contract disputes, personal injury, and consumer protection issues. I draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents and assist clients in probating estates. I advise personal representatives as well as represent clients in will contests in the probate court.
