Jerome I. Feldman is passionate about business and helping people. A native of Annapolis. After earning his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Feldman returned to Annapolis to start his career. Mr. Feldman was a partner in the law firm of Bernstein & Feldman P.A. and owned and operated Mid-Maryland Title Company, Inc. In 2017, after the passing of his law partner, he closed the law firm and became Of Counsel to the firm of Hyatt & Weber P. A. In 2023, he ended his association with Mid Maryland Title and became affiliated with Capitol Title Company.
