Unknown front desk employees and shuttle drivers were extremely helpful. It is really a nice touch to have the free shuttle to places you would like to visit. Overall, staff were very nice and you felt they valued the customer.

We booked under the cruise package and took advantage of leaving our car at the hotel and using the shuttle to and from the port. We were VERY pleased with that service and would definitely use it again.
