Peter G. O'Hare III, MD

Peter G. O’Hare III, MD, is a board-certified urogynecologist at Tidal Health Urogynecology in Berlin, Md. He is the Director of the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at TidalHealth.

In his busy clinical practice, Dr. O’Hare works with women of all ages to diagnose, manage and treat their pelvic floor disorders, such as prolapse and incontinence. He offers a wide variety of treatment options that cater to the individual needs of his patients and is an expert surgeon trained in minimally invasive surgery and the Da Vinci robotic surgery system.

Dedicated to advancing the field of urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, Dr. O’Hare is an accomplished researcher whose research interests include overactive bladder syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, stress urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Dr. O’Hare is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Wesleyan University, in Middletown, Conn., and his medical degree from the American University of Integrative Sciences. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology and an additional 3-year subspecialty fellowship in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia. After completing his training, he joined MedStar Health and was on the faculty at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Additionally, he has worked in private practice with Capital Women’s Care and trained OB/GYN residents at George Washington University.
