Liberty Group: Construction and Design is a company that focuses on designing and constructing medical offices, healthcare facilities and commercial buildings within the states of Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The company is a new entity; however the President, Mr. John Sanati, who owns and manages the said company, already has a 30-year history of successfully designing and creating medical offices, healthcare facilities and commercial buildings in these areas.
What We Do
We offer full service designing and building of medical and healthcare facilities and offices for both the hospital and commercial business setting. This full service encompasses conceptualizing the design of the facility which includes space planning for the optimum use of office space. The office layout is also taken into consideration for better process flow of the business.
And of course the functionality together with aesthetics of the building design is painstakingly deliberated. Then, through the full construction services of the company the building process is initiated which ensures that the architectural millwork of the conceptualized design is followed meticulously. Details such as cabinetry are also given emphasis by the company as this is a crucial factor in running a business.

Aside from this full service, the company also accepts stand alone projects such as designing healthcare offices or the medical facilities. Being in this industry and having successfully built several healthcare offices, the company is highly knowledgeable on the ins and outs of each design process. We can also advise clients on the benefits and pitfalls of certain designs that they like.

Being a commercial general contractor we also accept construction projects where blueprints are already available.

We also provide renovation services to old medical facilities and offices. Given the number of already established medical facilities in the area, it is more affordable to renovate these healthcare establishments than to rebuild them from scratch. Admittedly, healthcare facilities and offices alike should always be spick and span in order to keep hold of their clients’ trust. However since buildings also age, getting the office to look bright and clean is harder to achieve, thus a renovation is the best thing to do.
