RenewMe Fitness

RenewMe Fitness provides In-Home Medical Fitness, Post-Rehab Training, Personal Training, and Functional Training for older adults 50 and up, and those with limited mobility, pain, and/or past injuries, including, but not limited to, joint replacements, Parkinson’s, Stroke Recovery, Multiple Sclerosis, and Dementia. We also serve those who are soon to be/have been discharged from Physical Therapy. All of our trainers have experience training seniors and most have certifications or licenses in the medical field.
