Rude and unprofessional employee “Calvin” by Want to be attacked by a rude employee? Ask for Ca on 9/24/2025
If I could give negative scores, I would. An employee, a tall, thin, disheveled and hopeless looking man who told me his name was “Calvin”, told an employee to take down a sign that was written in all caps about the bag policy. It was not an unfriendly sign and we shared a laugh about it as I was checking out. Calvin proceeded to come up on us and told her to take down the sign. In a hateful voice he said. “Take it down before some NEO LIBERAL gets mad about it. Since I am liberal, I was offended, but not so much as when I had a minute to reflect as I loaded my car. I returned to the store and asked Calvin to apologize because I was offended not by the sign, but by his statement. He proceeded to double down and say “If you are a left wing nut job, It’s not my fault if you’re upset by it”. Still considering returning all my purchases. I will be addressing this unprofessional and rude behavior with corporate management and as many social media outlets and reviewing platforms that I can, and I have many at my disposal. Needless to say, I will not shop there until I get the apology I deserve.
