Customer services rates poorly by Karen M. via Judy's Book on 2/26/2012

Today, 2/26/12, 1 register lane open to check out. Some of us don't like self checkout. Five customers standing in line. A teenager behind the service desk. For heavens sake, open more registers!!!!! I rate my experience with this store…
