You will have a Personal Technician that can be contacted any time of the week for all your technology needs. We are a small company that is made up of people enjoy the work we do. You will never be charged for diagnostics, even if you decide to go elsewhere, we want you to be happy even if we couldn’t help you. Every service in our office is flat rate, and we call you to inform you of what needs to be done and how much it will cost before continuing. We are so sure you will be satisfied that if you aren’t, we will refund/not charge you and can even give referrals to other tried and trusted near-by computer shops if requested.
