The MIDAS team in Gaithersburg is top notch. They are always courteous and professional. I have been taking my car to MIDAS for almost 10 years and feel I have been getting excellent service and quality repairs on my 1999 Camry.

It was good going to MIDAS Gaithersburg---The Midas at Germantown was closed I had an appointment with them--I figured to go to the Gaithersburg MIDAS...Steve was great.

Very honest, never push any services that are not necessary. Even advised me to buy a part at the dealership rather than at the shop to save me money!

Web site slow. Log in on Thrsday and they didn't have my request on Friday pm.
They should be able to call client in about at list one hora after appointment has been requested.

I HAVE BEEN TO MIDAS I THINK MAYBE THREE TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN GREAT CARE OF MY VEHICHLES. THEY ARE HONEST, WHICH IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT. I LOVE THEM AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THEM.
