My rug was looking dull and lifeless, but I didn't think a cleaning would make such a difference. After getting it cleaned, it looks bright and fresh, and I think it even makes the whole room look nicer. Glad I went for it!

I was impressed with how well they handled my old, stained carpets. I didn’t have high expectations because the carpets are quite old, but after they finished, I was genuinely surprised by how much cleaner they looked. The technician was friendly and explained the process. Overall, I’d say they did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I spilled red wine on my runner rug – disaster! Luckily, I found Tulip Carpet Cleaning of Germantown online, and they were able to pick it up the same day. I was worried the stain wouldn't come out, but they assured me they'd do their best. True to their word, the stain vanished! Plus, the whole rug looks revitalized. They were fast, efficient, and did a fantastic job – highly recommended!
