Rehab and Sports Medicine Associates improves the quality of life for people with disabilities, sports rehab/ athletic injuries, chronic pain management, encouraging self care and independence, minimizing reliance on medications/opioid alternatives, and places a strong emphasis on Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). You will always receive 1 on 1 care with Dr. Rosen with 60 minute initial visits and 30 minute follow-ups. You will be treated like a family member and will appreciate the casual, non-clinical office atmosphere.
