Food is great SERVICE is TERRIBLE. The kitchen staff consistently serve appetizers and entrees at the same time. Wrong dishes frequently given. The owner?/manager? (taller bald guy) doesnt seem to care at all. USE FOR TAKE OUT ONLY

Fratelli's is the best local pizza in Hagerstown. The prices are great the products are even better. Delivery is always faster then they tell it will be when you order. The pizza or sandwiches are hot and fresh when they arrive.
