Frederick Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1994 by Michael T. Remsburg. We offer quality heating and air conditioning services to all of Frederick County, MD and surrounding areas. We are family owned and operated under Maryland Master’s HVAC License #1623. We differ from other companies in that we don’t charge service fees, trip charges, or diagnostic fees. Our Free Estimates have no hidden fees and no obligation. We primarily install Goodman/Amana/Daikin equipment. We’ve found them to be the most reliable and have the best warranty coverage. We are a provider of the Asure extended warranty program with Goodman. This means that we have a very successful track record of installations and can offer up to 10 year labor warranties!
