As a native Delawarean, practicing real estate for over 24 years in the tri-state area, I am very familiar with the local markets as well as new and upcoming opportunities. I was born in Newark, DE and grew up around the University of Delaware Campus. My family had businesses in Maryland and Delaware which kept me busy while going to college. I ended up settling my family in local Cecil County, MD with my beautiful wife and daughters. As a local, I can guide you, based on your needs, to find that perfect property. Once we meet to discuss your preferences, I can help in providing information on the local schools, churches, restaurants, entertainment, sports, and even the best fishing and crabbing locations.

Head south down the Atlantic coast to our DE and MD Beaches or head over to the Eastern Shore to our rivers in and around the Chesapeake Bay. Then don't forget the Northern tip of Maryland with Fair Hill Equestrian Center and State Park which offers 4-star equestrian events combined with Delaware's White Clay Creek State Park. Together hosting 8,000 acres of state parks all easily accessible. There is truly something for everyone; you name it, I've sold it!!!
