Quality Primary Care in Rockville, Maryland, is an internal medicine practice that takes an integrative approach to care. Led by board-certified internal medicine physician Suresh Malik, MD, the team provides comprehensive primary care for all people aged 18 and up.

Dr. Malik and the team specialize in the diagnosis and management of many common chronic health conditions, including allergies, arthritis, diabetes, and uncontrolled cholesterol.

The practice also performs digital electrocardiograms (EKGs), which are transmitted to cardiology experts within minutes. Dedicated to protecting patient health, Quality Primary Care offers vaccinations and discrete sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing.

After graduating from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India, Dr. Malik relocated to the United States to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey.

Dr. Malik has been living in Maryland throughout most of his career in internal medicine and is passionate about the health and well-being of his Maryland community. The capable, well-trained, professional, and kind physician is described by his patients as a good listener who goes above and beyond to help them get the comprehensive health care they need.

When he’s out of the office, Dr. Malik enjoys spending time with his two beautiful children. He’s an avid hiker and recently climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
