I was initially worried about the price, but they handled my rug with kid gloves, and now it looks like a million bucks. I’m a rug-cleaning believer now – didn’t think that was possible!

I had some nasty wine stains on my favorite rug that I thought were a lost cause. Then the technician came over, pre-treated everything, and used their equipment to lift the stains. It now looks so clean you'd think I just bought it!
