C&C Construction and Septic Service

Since we launched C&C Construction in 2014, quality work in construction, roof replacement, and remodeling for homes, and mobile homes, as well as septic services have been the foundation of our business.

In addition to these larger projects, C&C is supported by a base of trusted customers that rely on us for small carpentry jobs, lawn clean-up, snow removal and roof raking — the essential needs of Maine residents.

C&C Construction is owned by Phippsburg, Maine resident Chris Cearbaugh. Chris has worked in the industry for over 15 years as a contractor. He started C&C in 2014 with the mission of building upon his reputation of satisfied customers and trusted community relationships.

Chris has worked for the top home builders in the area, including fine custom home builders Frohmiller Construction, Inc. in Bath, Maine. He built his first home at the age of 20 and built his own home in Phippsburg just a few years later. A well-regarded licensed contractor with many satisfied customers, Chris is solely accountable for the work of his team and prides himself on providing personal, one-on-one service. It is a model that allows C&C to be more affordable than larger local companies.
