Our mission at Blyth & Burrows is to give our customers an upscale experience unlike any other in the Old Port district of Portland, Maine. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and craft of the cocktail experience. Our menu consists of hand-crafted cocktails, the most popular craft beers continually rotating, and carefully constructed small plate bites, all created with as many ingredients that can be traced back to their local source as is possible.

To step into Blyth & Burrows is to be encompassed in a full nautical atmosphere, with detailed, high-end touches and Historic Portland overtones, commemorating the battle of legendary sea captains Samuel Blyth and William Burrows, who both perished just off the coast of Portland, Maine in 1813. The battle, with its violent conclusion, is a tale of heroic struggle and valor; standing strong to your code even in the aim of heavy fire.

Our team stays strong to our code throughout any obstacle and any request of those who enter our bar. All customers are treated fairly, and we will go to great lengths to ensure that the customer’s every whim is exceeded.
