YogaHealth Nurse is an online yoga studio for Nurses. I provide self-care for Nurses through yoga classes. My mission is to give you a preventative and wholistic type of healthcare designed around a yoga practice that is rooted in theory, training, and education. I created this program to help de-stress your Nurse-life and become better at your job. My yoga classes were made specifically for Nurses and are taught by a Nurse, so you can trust that you are in the right hands.
