Stumped by stump problem via Citysearch on 1/16/2011

Chainsaw came on the appointed day, did a good job taking down the trees, but did not finish grinding 1 of the remaining stumps as agreed upon. We found large jagged hunks left 10" above ground after we cleared the grindings away. We…
