HealthyLifetime is an all virtual, therapeutic program administered by specially-trained Nurse Health Coaches created by Nurse Scientists at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The program is built on 30+ years of science and evidence that supports people in positive ways to retain their health by learning the skills needed to remain independent and high functioning through life. The effectiveness of HealthyLifetime lies in its ability to pinpoint individuals who are at risk for losing their independence, guides participants through a personal journey to help them remain independent and measures the results of what was accomplished.
