Clement Insurance

The agency was started in 1970 and has been in many locations including Warren, Sterling Heights, and New Boston. We have been in Belleville since 1990 when Christopher Clement joined the agency with his Dad. Saundra Hightower started in New Boston in 2011, three months after her husband passed away. What began as a part-time job a couple of days a week turned into a full-time career for her! Saundra’s son Jason began working with the company in 2012, and her other son Michael began working as the social media manager in 2020. In 2014 the agency was turned over to Chris and Saundra as the sole owners. While Saundra, Jason, and Michael run the office and day to day things, Chris handles all the behind the scenes technical stuff.

We want you to know we pour our hearts into every client we have. We worry about you, we pray for you and we do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of. We are a small hometown agency but do our best to be big on service!

Unlike a captive, or direct insurance company who only offers their own proprietary products, our agency is 100% independent of any one company. Many insurance consumers don’t fully understand just how important that really is. When it comes to something as important as insurance, it’s imperative that you work with an agency who has an in-depth knowledge of multiple insurance products, companies, and guidelines — not just one.

At the end of the day, what separates one agent from another, is their ability to proactively service their policy holders, and their knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and different situations that may present themselves to their clients.
