Small family run company that services the rural areas near Lansing and the greater Lansing area for decades. The company is multi generational dating back to 1962. Honest and I am experienced in writing Sequence of Operations and Standard Operating Procedures for a biotech and pharmaceutical equipment.

Preventative maintenance/ service/ troubleshooting of commercial / light commercial HVAC/R systems, computer room cooling & climate control systems, cafeteria equipment, cold rooms, and glycol systems. I have maintained operation of building management systems, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and SAP. Installation & service of gas-fired and steam fired air handling equipment. Installation & service of production process refrigeration equipment.

I serviced and performed preventative maintenance of low/ high pressure steam & condensate systems. I am trained in working in a GMP clean room environment, class 1000, class 10000, class 100000. Maintenance of clean steam, WFI, reverses osmosis systems. I have been doing residential work for many years as well.

I also do the exact same work for the State of Michigan during normal working hours. I can work on any heating or air conditioning needs you have. US Navy Vet owned company.
