Our KinetixManage service is a monthly flat-price agreement where we will consult with you to determine the appropriate IT services for your practice. Our IT help desk is fully staffed in both of our Michigan offices to help you with all first-tier IT issues and help desk calls are included in the plan at no additional cost. Your staff can contact us without worries about being billed every time you call us….we are not interested in “nickel-and-diming” you. We began offering Voice over IP Internet phone solutions in 2006 to our healthcare practice clients. The technology was unproven at that time, but one of our pediatric practices found immediate benefit the very day we cutover from their analog lines to VoIP. With analog lines, the provider was limited to the number of phone numbers they subscribed to with their local phone provider. This provider had 4 lines and we ported their phone numbers to a unlimited-channel VoIP solution. The very day this solution went “live” the providers phones began ringing “off the hook”. They could not keep up with the calls because their patients or prospective patients were previously receiving busy signals when the 4 lines they had were in use. Busy signals became a thing of the past and the pediatric practice ended up hiring additional staff to handle the increased number of calls and appointments. We realized right then that we had something special we could offer to our healthcare practice clients and we have not looked back. Primarily through implementations with our healthcare clients, we have grown this part of our business to the point where we are one of the five largest VoIP partners in the United States for the leading VoIP provider, 3CX.
