I have tried space heaters in the bath and downstairs below and has not unfroze. Ran heat all night and today. I even ran hot water and wet vac the back-up water to see if it would help.

Lenox Plumbing has done two jobs in our home this year and has done fantastic work. They are also very friendly, accessible, and prompt. We will certainly be contacting them for any issues in the future.
