Beyond disappointed in the customer service I have received from this office, THREE times in the past week. Raelyn was dead set on talking over me and speaking to me like I was too stupid to understand what she had to say (constantly repeating herself and using a horrible tone). She did not care that I did not plan on returning to State Farm either. I have had state farm insurance for over four years and have never been spoken to so poorly. I will not be returning to State Farm and I hope you have the good sense to let this employee go - horrible customer service and a bad attitude. Steve Bartshe, the business owner, lied about the phone call, saying I “abused his agent and used profane language” - never screamed at her and certainly wasn’t using profanity. A hands down liar and someone with no integrity. Claiming I abused your rude agent is laughable - I simply told her the business model was flawed and that I wouldn’t be returning. Funny way to handle a bad review. Shame on you, Steve. You are a joke.
