Poor communication, and price-setting. High prices geared to high-end buyers. You can find equally good alternatives at half the costs. Use at your own risk!

Great place to call if you have water damage in your house. They have a fast 1 hour response 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They do advanced odor control, mold and mildew prevention, they do carpet and upholstery cleaning, and many more…
