Unsatisfied customer by Amber on 4/29/2023 Carson was recommended by the store where I purchased my pool. Was told I would receive a call at the beginning of April to most likely schedule for the third weekend in April. Received a call the day before they wanted to install which I didn’t even have arrangements for the required sand. I declined due to the holiday, then he texted a couple days later & wanted to come that same day. he was able to help get the sand delivered the same day as well as have the guys pick up one of the large boxes for me. the crew was respectful & got the job done quick. as the pool was being filled, I can see that the pool isn’t quite level, the liner is clearly not level & every single connection to the filter is leaking. I contacted them & was told I didn’t have good connection hoses. I confirmed that they were all upgraded hoses Not to mention one of the pieces leaking isn’t a hose. Nobody ever came to take a look or try to fix anything. Once they had their payment they didn’t care to help finish the job correctly.
