Great Doctor by Kelsey T via Insider Pages on 6/13/2008 Dr. Halsey is a wonderful doctor. He listens to his patients and is very caring. We have known him for over 20 years. We recommend him as your doctor, especially if you are diabetic. He is also very well know in the Jackson community.
