Gabraelle Foune, FNP, has always had a passion to help and care for others. This is why she chose family medicine – it allows her to get to know her patients over time, which allows her to better understand their unique healthcare needs. Gabraelle treats patients of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health. Gabraelle is honored to have the privilege of helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. She is passionate about building a trusting provider-patient relationship by taking the time to educate patients and answer all of their questions. She finds it rewarding when patients are able to report improvements in their health.
